Difficult Moments and Performance Improvement as a Manager and Leader

The old saying, "What doesn't kill you makes you stronger," has a ring of truth for those of us striving to develop as managers and leaders. My writing this week most definitely focused on helping us all get stronger. 

In a bit of career confession, I share some of the difficult moments I've navigated (and survived) as a manager in the world of software and technology.
