The Secret to Becoming a Better Leader

There’s a scene in the Movie “City Slickers” where the lead character, Mitch, played by Billy Crystal, is debating with his ornery trail boss Curly, about the meaning of life. It goes like this:

Curly: Do you know what the secret of life is?
[holds up one finger]
Curly: This.
Mitch: Your finger?
Curly: One thing. Just one thing. You stick to that and the rest don't mean s--t.
Mitch: But, what is the "one thing?"
Curly: [smiles] That's what you have to find out.

I think Curly may have been on to something in regards to how we approach our development as leaders. Read here to find out how.
