The strawberries at my local grocery store are so good that I keep telling everyone they're bad/spoiled/moldy/full of MSG so I can get more for me. It's much easier than knocking people down. And everyone stopped believing when I yelled "Fire!" anyway.
Not only does Molly, our Guide to Local Foods, tell you all about the different berries--she also tells you when they are in season. It's berry helpful. Molly owes me $10 because she didn't think I'd use such a corny joke. You might say it was a berry corny joke. [Ed note: Cut it out.]
Oh, now this is berry useful! [Ed note: Cut the cornball lines. Bob note: I'll berry right on it. Ed note: That doesn't even make any sense!] Berry stains begone!
The bonus of growing your strawberries is that before you eat them, the plants are [Ed note: Don't do it!] berry pretty. [Ed note: We gotta get the cat back.]
