I've tried everything to look thinner: suck in the belly, wear vertical stripes, hide behind my children. None of it works. After careful consideration I've come to the conclusion that the reason I have trouble looking thinner is because other people can see me. I bet you'll have more success.
Sometimes we all want to be just a little thinner. Tell you what, since there are different approaches let's split 'em up. You do the 6 weeks plan and I'll do the lie on the couch plan. Come on! Six weeks from now you'll be all new!
I've built today's newsletter on pretty shaky ground because who says you have to be thinner anyway? Can't you be happy with the way you are? Don't let some TV show or clown with a newsletter (lovable though he is) tell you how to look! You can control your body image.
