Today From Bob Schulties, your About Today Editor While I was doing some research on cheese, I came across a video on cheese rolling. Now, let me prepare you for some painful antics before you watch the video. I was able to tolerate it because I'm an internet professional. Anyway, I have to be careful with cheese and, really, dairy in general. Oh, I like me some parmesan, mozzarella, and even milk in my coffee. But if I don't take these little pills, I'll be crawling to bathroom with debilitating cramps. Control yourself, ladies: I'm already taken.
