It took me a long time to get over hating meetings. They were, and many of them still are, a colossal waste of time. Why have an hour long meeting with fifteen people that wanders aimlessly around and the only action item to come out of it is an agreement to meet again to cover what the meeting didn't get around to? Fortunately, it doesn't have to be that way. At least for your meeting you can do it right and get a few more hours back in each week. We'll show you how in our main article this week.
